• The son of a Methodist minister, Dr. Arthur Caliandro has led the Marble Collegiate Church congregation since 1984. He shared the pulpit at Marble Church with Dr. Norman Vincent Peale for several years before assuming his position as Senior Minister. Dr. Caliandro's ministry took him from rural churches in Ohio and New York to a demanding inner-city parish in Brooklyn. Considered a friend by millions, he is nationally known through weekly broadcasts on The Church Channel/DirecTV, New York City's WOR radio, sermon booklets and his books Lost & Found, Simple Steps: Ten Things You Can Do to Create an Exceptional Life and Make Your Life Count. His honest, thought-expanding sermons connect with the human experience on the deepest levels and offer encouragement and hope for all who hear his message.
Dr. John Killinger, Executive Minister & Theologian

• Rev. Dr. John Killinger was educated at Baylor, the University of Kentucky, Harvard, and Princeton, and has pastored seven churches, from rural Baptist congregations in his native Kentucky to a large Congregational church in Los Angeles. He has also taught in seven colleges, universities, and divinity schools, including Vanderbilt, Princeton, and the University of Chicago. One year he served as Theologian-in-Residence at the American Church in Paris. He has written more than sixty-five books on such diverse topics as literature, theater, child psychology, preaching, worship, and Christian spirituality and devotionalism.
Rev. Peggy Funderburke, Associate Minister

• Rev. Peggy Funderburke is pastoral care minister for Marble and serves as advisor to the Spiritual Enrichment Committee. She also teaches Confirmation classes and leads worship each Sunday morning in Prayer Circle. Peggy became a member of Marble in 1992 and later served as a deacon of the church. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from New Brunswick Theological Seminary and was ordained in 2006 by the Reverend Classis of NY into the Reformed Church in America. Prior to ministry, Peggy co-founded and was vice president of Triangle Fire Protection Corp.
Rev. P. Kimberleigh Jordan, Associate Minister

• Rev. Kimberleigh Jordan is the Pastoral Advisor of the Women's Ministry, the Arts Ministry, and GIFTS: A Lesbian & Gay Fellowship. Her ministerial gifts include liturgical dance ministry and worship design, and prior to answering her call to ministry, Rev. Jordan danced professionally with the Workshop Ensemble of the Dance Theatre of Harlem and the Metropolitan Opera, among others. She holds her M.Div. degree from Union Theological Seminary and an A.B. degree from the University of NC at Chapel Hill, and is currently pursuing her doctorate at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
Rev. David Lewicki, Associate Minister

• Rev. David Lewicki is pastoral advisor to the Connection (adults, 20s & 30s) and plans and directs Marble's Wednesday Worship. He also works with the Benevolence & Mission Committee and the South Africa Partnership. Raised in North Carolina and Ohio, Rev. Lewicki was drawn to ministry through his work with disadvantaged teenagers. In 1997, he co-founded Urban Solutions, Inc., a job training and neighborhood development program in New Haven, CT. A graduate of Yale University and Union Theological Seminary, he was ordained in 2005 by the Presbyterian Church (USA).
Dr. William Lutz, Associate Minister

• Dr. Bill Lutz's responsibilities include pastoral care, working with the Men of Marble, ministering to families, and assisting with parenting classes Sunday mornings. Dr. Lutz founded and was Executive Director of the Montclair Counseling Center, one New Jersey's largest private pastoral counseling/mental health centers. He received his Doctorate of Ministry in Pastoral Psychology from Andover Newton Theological School and continued post-graduate studies at the Erikson Center, Harvard University, with a focus on children and families.
Dr. Florence Pert, Senior Associate Minister, Emerita
• Dr. Pert is the architect of many of the programs at Marble Church. A graduate of New York Theological Seminary (NYTS), in 1987 she became the first woman to be ordained in the 360-year history of the Collegiate Churches. She received an honorary doctorate from NYTS in 1998.
