Marble Fights Hunger

Marble Fights HungerAs times grow increasingly difficult, so does the need for resources to help weather these storms. Our goal is to put additional food for hungry people into the New York City food stream.

Everyone is asked to bring non-perishable food items regularly. Food items needn't be large, just consistent. Try to bring something with you everytime you come to Marble.

Food Suggestions (non-perishable & nutritious):

  • Canned goods
  • Boxed cereals and pasta
  • Vacuum cartons of milk/juice
  • Dry oatmeal and grits
  • Soup
  • Baby food

Volunteers are also needed to help sort, pack, and distribute food. Sign up with the ACTION Committee or the Women's Ministry each Sunday. Contact Gene Palmore or Gail Kitselman, 212-686-2770, if you have questions.
