An Evening with Lee Woodruff

Lee and Bob Woodruff seemed to have it all. Then, while Bob, who had just been named co-anchor of ABC’s World News Tonight, was embedded with the military in Iraq, he suffered a traumatic brain injury that nearly killed him. In conversation with Dr. Arthur Caliandro, Lee shares her compelling account of how the Woodruffs’ lives were blown apart and then miraculously put together again with grit, perseverance, and humor. Her story about coping with tragedy is inspiring and an extraordinary drama of marriage, family, war, and nation.
