The chances are that, at some time in your life, a teacher made a lasting impression on you, helping you become the person you are today.

In honor of those in the teaching profession -- our own congregants, as well as friends or family and neighborhood educators -- we encourage you to invite a teacher to church for a special Sunday service in which your friend will be blessed and affirmed.

Worship will include acknowledgment of our honorees, participation by the children of Marble, and a commissioning ceremony for our CYF teachers as they begin their Sunday School year. Our clergy, staff, and a host of church members will be on hand to make everyone feel wanted, welcomed, and loved.

A festive reception will follow in Bay Hall.
