Spa Day for the Soul: “Finding Our Pathways to Courage and Light”

We have all had our share of dark days and know it’s during these challenging times that we must summon the courage we possess but sometimes don't recognize. Together, let’s find our way to the “light within” by experiencing sessions on life coaching, setting boundaries and developing strategies to reveal our best selves. Spa Day includes small groups and talking circles, games and testimonials, and offers shared support to nurture a spirit of courage and light. We’ll look deep within to find and define the magical essence that makes us each unique.

$30 ($25 students/seniors). Price includes a continental breakfast, lunch, and all materials. Complimentary childcare available on request.

Register by Wednesday, January 31, online here or sign up Sundays after worship at the Women’s Ministry table in the Marble Loft. For more information, contact Don Piper.
