Women’s Sacred Writing Circle

Sunday, October 25, 2020
7:00pm - 8:00pm

The sweet whisperings of your soul meet you on the page and something shifts. You strengthen. You begin to stand taller and one day you notice that your voice on the page has become your voice in the world. – Junie Swadron

For three Sunday evenings in October (7:00-8:00pm), we will gather virtually to explore different writing styles. All sessions are open. Come to all or as many as you can. It’s up to you.

October 11: Our Stories

October 18: Poetry

October 25: Vignettes

Writing is a form of sacred expression. When we write, we are breathing out what is in our hearts directly onto the paper. As a supportive group of women, we will be loving witnesses to the work God does through all of us. Our writing circle will be a safe place to express the sacredness in our hearts. We will not be critiquing our work.

We will pray together. Learn together through writing activities. And write together—a place to find a bit of hope in this new season around a supportive circle of women.
