It’s About Time! A Time Management Workshop
The new year always brings hope for doing things better, getting more out of life, starting new projects. But by the end of January that enthusiasm can be reduced to dismay and disappointment as we realize we haven’t followed through on our promises. Where did the time go?
“It’s About Time” is a 90-minute workshop designed to address the qualities of good time management. By the end of the workshop, you will be able to understand what time really is, how to maximize its use, how to avoid procrastination and discover what state of mind works best for optimum time management. Led by Mario Sprouse.
Will meet in person in the Labyrinth Room and online via Zoom.
Sponsored by the Arts Ministry. Open to all!
