Lent is traditionally a time for reflection, spiritual awareness, and contemplation. But if you examine Jesus’ life as he “set his face towards Jerusalem,” it was a time of boldness, determination and action. Mario Sprouse leads this workshop to help begin to let go of old habits, including procrastination, and embrace new strategies that propel us confidently in the direction of our destiny. $20, light meal.
