Special Projects & Funds

At Marble, we recognize everything we have belongs to God and we are committed to giving and serving as acts of worship. We have annual projects like our Easter Offering and Giving Dignity to Others Drive,
as well as ongoing projects.

Marble Care Fund

The Marble Care Fund was established in March 2020 as a lifeline to help those within the Marble Family in need of emergency financial assistance due to the COVID-19 crisis.

Easter Offering

Our Annual Easter Offering is a powerful tool for change in the world. 100% of your gifts will be granted to nonprofits that are making a positive difference in the lives of so many who are in need. Thank you for your support.

P.S.30 Volunteer Program

Our program focuses on math and reading comprehension in a one-on-one tutorial enrichment program with a cultural arts component, and building relationships with tutor and student. If you would like to volunteer, please read below for the schedule, requirements, and sign-up information.

Back-to-School Drive

The need for school supplies is an ongoing issue. Please help us give back to children in this way. If you are local, you are invited to leave donations in the drop-off bin in the 5th Avenue Narthex on Sundays or in the 29th Street Prayer Room.

Gun Violence Awareness

It’s simple (not easy): Love Your Neighbor. Adorned on the fence around the church on 5th Avenue are orange ribbons, the defining color of the gun violence awareness movement.

Sister Carol Perry Fund

Where do we find the words to express our love and gratitude for one so important as Sister Carol Perry? During her 37-year ministry at Marble, Sister Carol taught us what God’s Word actually says, and in her life, she has shown us what God’s Love actually looks like.

Drive for Dignity

Donate much-needed new undergarments for homeless men and women.

Habitat for Humanity

Over the span of four years, we will be contributing to the build of four different houses. With each build, we will be establishing an ongoing relationship with the family who will live in each residence, with our first family selected in the Fall of 2017.
