Advent begins tomorrow...

Dear Advent Blog Reader,

There is a promise of hope each Advent, where we know the beginning and ending, but the possibilities in the journey are ours and God's to craft.

Welcome to the 2023 Marble Women's Ministry Advent Blog, an Advent Season for writing letters. Inspired by a children's book and a thank you note, we hope this year's blog with inspire you to write some letters. Reach out to someone you need to thank, write a letter to a literary hero, or write to a child needing some support. Please write one letter and send it via the mail to someone this Advent. Or inspire yourself to send many more.

“The Lord is coming, always coming. When you have ears to hear and eyes to see, you will recognize him at any moment of your life. Life is Advent; life is recognizing the coming of the Lord.” Henri Nouwen

With love and Advent,

Marcie Doll, Curator of the Advent Blog

P.S. The book that inspired this year's blog is by Jaren Ahlmann, "I hope you will know." Check out the book here, https://thecollectivebook.studio/i-hope-you-will-know
