"The Last Repair Shop"
For the past ten years in February, I seek out a movie theater that shows the Academy Award-nominated Live Action, Documentary, and Animated films. I may not see all of the Best Film Nominated Movies, but I see the "Shorts." These shorts are inspiring, challenging, make me cry, cheer, and teach me something each year.
"The Last Repair Shop" a short documentary about the musical instrument repair shop of the Los Angeles Unified School District and the the life journey's of the students who benefit from the program and the artisans who repair the instruments.
It is magnificent! Life changing. I cried tears of joy, as music transforms lives. You can watch the documentary on Hulu or Disney+ and here is the link on YouTube.
Tell me what you think of the way the road spoke to all those in the film.
